Since Buddha Boy's in a lazy holiday mode (plus he wasn't in the mood to cook)...so, for Christmas, we decided to do hot pot at home...yups...hot pot again!

Table for nine...hehehe...we fired up four pots.  This was how my table was set originally...

...but I quickly changed one of the burners to our Christmas present!!!  Thank you to Mr. & Mrs. Big Lee.

I didn't bother taking pictures of the items we had for hot pot because it's pretty much similar with the previous hot pot posts...the only thing that's different was these packs of instant noodles made for hot pots...hahaha...I actually never knew these existed.

And of course, Buddha Boy would always come up with some kind of food to add to our hot pot dinners simply because he doesn't like boiled meats.  So he brought out his electric grill and made some skewers.  Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the first two plates (with pork skewers, Vietnamese pork skewers, and lemon grass chicken skewers)...this was the third plate with only Chicken Heart Skewers and a couple Pork Skewers.  Boy...my bro ate at least 10+ skewers PLUS hot pot...yups...he can eat...hahahaha!
