We decided to stay in and help MomM as much as we can because tomorrow morning, MomM will be leading a group of approximately seventy participants on a two-day praying trip. But, as much as we wanted to help, what MomM really needed was the empty spaces to get her things done. So, us being the thoughtful kids, decided to get out of her apartment and went book shopping at the flagship location of Eslite Bookstore 誠品書店.
After book-shopping, we went to the basement food court and scouted for food. Hey...we have Ajisen Ramen 味千拉麵 here too! Okay, we never tried the one in 604, but the one we tried in Taiwan was extremely disappointing. The noodles and the meat were both overcooked and the broth was full of MSG...we were so thirsty afterwards...
While I picked up a couple cups of Fresh Watermelon Juice 新鮮西瓜汁, Buddha Boy went to the stall right next to it and picked up some deep-fried chicken.
Because MomM had two visitors from Hong Kong joining us for the praying trip, we had to give up our bed for the night. Buddha Boy and I spent the night at City Lake Hotel 麗湖大飯店 in Neihu District 內湖區, right next to MRT Huzhou Station 捷運葫洲站.
