Another visit to my favorite frozen dim sum shop!!! This time, I picked up a pack of Mui-Choy & Pork Bun 梅菜肉包...(sorry, forgot to check the exact name in English...will update when I visit again).
Not going to tell you it's the best bun ever...because it's not...it's just something I grew up with. Good ratio of mui-choy to pork, good marination, good flavors. Ample amount of filling in each bun. The bun itself, however, was not the greatest...but good enough for a frozen shop.
