The Little Lee's invited the four of us (MomJ, Buddha Boy and myself, plus Buddha Dog) over for a simple yet tasty Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for the wonderful meal Mr. & Mrs. Little Lee!
Knowing that Buddha Boy loves bacon...Little Lee nicely weaved stripes of bacon around a couple of large pieces of salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The bacon was good enough for me (not a fan of crispy bacon) but Buddha Boy and Little Lee started going on and on about how to make the bacon more crispy next time around...sigh...men...hahahahahahahaha!
Little Lee's also made some simple saute and stir-fry dishes. We brought over just a simple, but common Taiwanese cold dish, Bamboo Shoots with Sweet Mayonnaise 沙拉涼筍. Oh, almost forgot, we also brought over a bucket of taho from, yup, you guessed it...Garden City Kebob Grill (and I blame this on Colleen & Marv of 604 Munchies for making me a "taho-addict"). :p
