The cheap side of Buddha Girl kicked in today...I wanted something filling but cheap. I drove over to Grand Villa Casino and tried out their pasta special for $5.99. Good portion for the price, but of course, price also reflects quality...hahahaha!
Creamy Pesto Fettucini with Chicken was my final product from their limited mix & match options. The chicken breast pieces were dry and chewy. Not much "basil" taste in the creamy pesto sauce. Not too impressed with the massive overload of Parmesan cheese. The noodles were al dente. Now, will I return? Considering the price...maybe when my cheap gear kicks in again...LOL!
