FP has become our regular breakfast hangout on the weekend. Are we tired of it yet? Nope! In fact, I don't think we can ever get tired of all that crispy bacon...mmm...YUM!!!
Knowing me, I love to create my own funky delights. The beauty of FP is...Sylvia & Anton always put up with my overboard wacky requests. Yes, I am spoiled!!!
The schnitzel patty at FP has its hits and misses...it fluctuates between moist and dry. So...instead of having the usual Schnitzel Burger, I asked for a schnitzel patty with cheese and bacon in between two slices of French Toasts. Was it good? Absolutely! While I thought the cinnamon was a bit out of place, but overall, this French Toast Schnitzel Burger was quite a match!!!
The schnitzel patty was a bit dry this time, but the "eggy" toasts did the wonders. The crispy bacon went well with sandwich...of course...it's BACON...it goes well with everything and anything...hehehehe!
Oh my goodness! I can't imagine eating this much meat and calories at 8am in the morning O__O Hahaha. True pro's. It's like the Anton version of the Mcgriddle yumm.

Hehehe! You know me...always have wacky ideas for food!!! It's hot pot season and I am brainstorming ideas for hot pot broths...hehehehehe!
